Thursdays, 6-8 p.m. Bands & Blooms
Each Thursday the Garden stays open until 8 p.m. with food and drinks available for sale and live music from 6-8 p.m. Bring blankets or chairs. If it rains, we move inside the Grange. Included with regular admission.

Thursdays, 6-8 p.m. BOOtanical Experience sponsored by Ferguson Subaru
Thursdays, 6-8 p.m. Families are encouraged to don their costumes to visit 11 craft/activity stations in the Children’s Discovery Garden, including ghost origami, costumed characters, and maggot painting. BOOtanical ticket required for each participating child (in addition to admission ticket) Advance BOOtanical tickets: $8/child for members; $10 for non-member child. Same day: $10/$12.

Friday, Oct. 6, 10:30 a.m.: First Friday Horticulture Tour
Join a horticulturist for a 45-minute walking tour, free with paid admission. Reserve tour tickets and buy admission tickets on website or by phone.

Monday, Oct. 9, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.: Indigenous Peoples’ Day
The Garden will be open and anyone showing their tribal citizenship card can receive $25 off any annual Garden membership.

Thursday, Oct. 12, 6-8 p.m.: Bands & Blooms with Booker Gillespie Trio

Saturday, Oct. 14, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.: Second Saturday Dog Day
Bring your pup for this special day when they can join you for a Garden walk. Costumes are encouraged for October. Dog friendly organizations and businesses will be on site from 10 to 1.

Thursday, Oct. 19, 6-8 p.m.: Bands & Blooms –Hot Toast Music

Saturday, Oct 21, 1-3 p.m.: Basics of Propagation Workshop
Tour our production greenhouse and learn how to reproduce plants asexually using techniques such as stem cuttings, layering, and division. Class limited to 15. $30 for members; $35 for non-members. Tickets include Garden admission. Online tickets close Oct. 15.

Thursday, Oct. 26, 6-8 p.m.: Bands & Blooms –Steve Liddell Duo
Steve Liddell is a singer/songwriter who has performed his brand of original music mixing Folk, Roots Americana, Reggae and Jazz from coast to coast, Hawaii, Latin America and Europe.

Friday, Oct. 27: Black Cat Appreciation Day – Get a sticker of Garden kitty Linden while supplies last.

Friday, Oct. 27, 6-8 p.m.: Lily Swab Art Show
Lily Swab is a self-taught mixed media artist from Tulsa living in Brooklyn, New York. Meet her and see over 20 pieces of her work in this one-night show in the Garden’s Mabee Grange. Food will be available for purchase. Come early to stroll the Garden before the show begins at 6 p.m. All art will be available for sale, including some prints, and 10% of sales will benefit the Botanic Garden.
