Garden Weddings in the A.R. and Marylouise Tandy Floral Terraces

Have your wedding at the Tulsa Botanic Garden! Ceremony locations include the Lawn Terrace at the bottom of the Tandy Floral Terraces and the Holmes Family Square at the top of the Terraces.

Receptions in the J.E. and L.E. Mabee Grange

Our Mabee Grange event space is the perfect destination for celebrating your big day! Features include a cathedral ceiling, unique lighting, and folding doors opening to the covered patio and adjoining south lawn.

Wedding & Reception Options

Full Package: $6,250*

  • Up to Ten (10) hours of access to J.E. and L.E. Mabee Grange including use of Wedding Suite and Mabee Grange patio space (your selected time window between 10am-10pm)
  • Up to 200 guests
  • Garden entry for guests included
  • Access starting at 4:00pm to outdoor ceremony site, ceremony may begin at 5:30pm
  • Rehearsal within the week prior, per availability (one hour of access)
  • Bonus Photography session in the Garden, to be scheduled during hours we are open to the public
  • Valet parking for all guests included
  • Golf cart service included
  • Use, set-up and tear-down of Tulsa Botanic Garden’s tables and chairs
  • 1 year Family Membership to Tulsa Botanic Garden

Reception Only: $4,000*

  • Up to Ten (10) hours of access to J.E. and L.E. Mabee Grange (your selected time window between 10am-10pm) including use of Wedding Suite and Mabee Grange patio space
  • Up to 200 guests
  • Garden entry for guests included
  • Bonus Photography session in the Garden, to be scheduled during hours we are open to the public

Mini-Ceremony: $550 weekdays during open hours, $650 nights and weekends

  • One (1) hour of access to outdoor ceremony site
  • Allows for twenty (20) total attendees, including bride, groom, officiant, photographer, etc.
  • Wedding party and guests enter and exit through Visitor Center
  • No plan B for weather related events
  • No sound equipment

Options to add to Your Event:

  • Horticulturist Meet & Mingle: $300 – The perfect way for guests to engage with the Garden between ceremony and reception, per availability.
  • Tent Fee: $1,000 – Required if wedding will host 200+ guests. Must be rented separately by an approved vendor.
  • Additional Access Hours: $150 per hour
  • Bar Service: Beer/Wine and full bar options. Please inquire for pricing.
  • Floral Favors: Will be provided day of event. Must be ordered in minimum quantity: 2” Orchid in ceramic pot $10 each (minimum 20); 2” Succulent in terra cotta pot $7 each (minimum 25)

*Weekdays (Monday – Thursday, non-holiday) 40% discount on wedding venue rental
Morning weddings may be available seasonally.
