Autumn in the Botanic Garden continues through October 31!   Come enjoy the Garden’s lush growth and the colors of fall.  See butterflies, brilliant ornamental grasses, the bright red sumac leaves and enjoy the beautiful weather. 

Explore the hay maze, shop the 22 varieties of pumpkins/squash for sale, and take a snapshot with our new Bank of Oklahoma Photo Station!  Check out the 20+ scarecrows submitted by artists, youth groups, families, organizations and businesses and the vote for your favorite scarecrow to win this year’s People’s Choice Award! 

BOO- tanical trick-or-treating is every Thursday night in October, 6-8 pm. $10/trick-or-treater at the door in addition to general admission.  Visit 8 trick-or-treat stations in the Children’s Discovery Garden and Tandy Floral Terraces for nature or botanical-themed candy, toys or other surprises, pumpkin decorating, games and temporary tattoos. Costume contest will be at 7pm on the stage in the lawn. 

Also on Thursday nights: Bands & Blooms!  Check out our schedule of live music and food truck/food options each week. Bar will have beer, wine, water and other options for sale. 

Thursday, Oct. 7, 6-8 pm: Bands & Blooms – Bandelier
Tulsa’s Bandelier will bring their “western folk from the southern plains” to the Garden. Grab a slice from Andolini’s pizza truck. 

Thursday, Oct. 14, 6-8 pm: Bands & Blooms – Klondike 5 String Band
Join us for a night of toe-tapping music and roasting hots dogs over the fire.  The Whit food truck will join us and local ice cream cart Cherry & Bark will have sweet treats for sale!

Thursday, Oct. 21, 6-8 pm: Bands & Blooms-Foggy Memory Boys
Hailing from Taos, NM, the Foggy Memory Boys blur the lines between traditional bluegrass roots music and more contemporary styles. Comida, Sol y Vida will have dinner options.

Thursday, Oct 28, 6-8 pm: Bands & Blooms- John Depew
MASA food truck will be on site with dinner options. Come out and enjoy! 

Looking for fun for Fall Break – Pick up fall scavenger hunts in the Visitor Center to see what you can find as you explore the Garden!

And don’t forget our Tree Fort Storytime on Thursday, Oct. 21 at 10:30 am  as we welcome our guest reader from local store Whitty Books. Free with admission

HOURS: Garden is open Tuesday-Sunday, 10 am-5pm and open until 8 pm on Thursdays through Oct. 31. 

ADMISSION: Free for Garden Members; $8 for ages 13+, $4 for kids 3-12, Children 2 and under are free but do require a ticket.
