BOTANIC GARDEN OF LIGHTS:

TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

• If you are unable to attend on your ticketed date, please call in advance to reschedule, and we will try to accommodate your request.
• If you miss your ticketed event due to extenuating circumstances, you may call to reschedule within 48 hours of your missed ticketed date, and we will try to accommodate your request.
• If you miss your ticketed event due to inclement weather, you may call to reschedule within 3 days of your ticketed date, and we will try to accommodate your request.
