Get out and get moving with the family! Emily Wilson of RVVD Fitness will lead a fun workout for families to join in with special focus on children.

Comfortable, loose clothing and tennis shoes are recommended.  Workout starts at 6:30 p.m.  Emily is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and has been a personal trainer for 18 years. 

Warm up or cool down with a walk around our lake. 

Don’t worry about dinner – Local Table food truck will be on hand from 5 to 8 p.m.  for those who would like to purchase delicious snacks or dinner.
