Plants can be a tricky – some have poisons that can sicken, while others can lure and trap bugs to devour.  Plants can also supply lots of treats, not only as sources of food and flavorings for people, but also for animals that rely on nectar or other parts of the plant to survive.   Come learn about some of these trick-or-treat plants.  Decorate a pot and plant seeds to create a scary, hairy creature for the season.

The Garden is open Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and weekdays to groups by appointment. Suggested donation for admission is $2 for adults; 50¢ for kids 3-12 yrs. Garden members are free.  For more information, call 918-289-0330 (M-F).
