Bring the family to see live caterpillars and learn more about monarch butterflies. Educator and caterpillar “wrangler” Sandy Schwinn will have a short presentation for all ages starting at 10 a.m. in the visitor center. Get an up close look at caterpillars, chrysalises and learn ways to help monarch butterflies.  Afterward, make a butterfly craft and go for a walk to see what caterpillars and butterflies are visiting plants in the Garden. 

The Botanic Garden is open Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Suggested admission is $2 for adults and 50¢ for children 3-12 yrs.  Free for Garden members. For more information, call 918-289-0330. For map/directions, click here.
