We’re excited to have Steve Owens, owner of Bustani Plant Farm in Stillwater, join us to share his wealth of excitement and knowledge of plants! Enjoy air-conditioned comfort in the visitor center and get inspired to get back out in your garden as we learn about some of Steve’s favorite plants. Attendees will be entered in a drawing for door prize.
Steve is former host of “Oklahoma Gardening” show on the OETA Network. Bustani Plant Farm is a specialty nursery known for offering unique and hard-to-find perennials, tropicals, vines, and Oklahoma natives.
The Botanic Garden is open Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Suggested admission is $2 for adults, 50¢ for children 3-12 yrs. Free for Botanic Garden members. For more information, call 918-289-0330. For map/directions, click here.

Join a staff horticulturist for a walking tour in the Garden. Tour will last 45-60 minutes. Free with admission, but pre-registration is required.
To celebrate Best Friends Day, we'll offer buy one regular admission, get admission for your best friend free! Make plans to meet a friend for a stroll in the Garden to chat and enjoy your time together. Take a photos to cherish and tag #nationalbestfriendsday. Second Saturday Dog Days are special days when your four-legged family member can join you for a walk in the Garden (dogs are not allowed other times). Dogs must be up-to-date on all registrations and vaccinations and must be controlled on a non-retractable 6' leash at all times by an adult. Owners are required to clean up after their pets. Join us for Yoga & Meditation on the Lawn near the Garden’s Mabee Grange to wake up the body and refresh the mind! We will begin with mindful breathing and an introspective meditation to encourage brain and heart coherence. The movement portion is about 50 minutes, beginning with gentle head, neck, and spinal mobility stretches. Sequences gradually incorporate Vinyasa flows at a slow and controlled pace. Plant clover seeds in a container and take home to watch them grow! Clover is a great pollinator plant for bees as we celebrate National Pollinator Week.
