Thank you for your interest in our Full Moon Nature Hike – this event is SOLD OUT.

Take a self-guided night hike to experience the sights and sounds along a 1+ mile nature trail through native prairie and forest or opt for one of a few guided hikes with a horticulturist starting at 6 p.m. through 7:30 p.m. Comfortable walking shoes, warm clothes and red flashlights/flashlights with red filters are encouraged. Note: Trail surface is mowed path/dirt and includes uneven surface rocks and cannot accommodate strollers, wagons or wheelchairs.

Warm drinks and other beverages and snacks will be available for purchase during this come and go event.

Last admission is at 7:30 p.m. to ensure time to walk trail before event closes at 9 p.m. Dogs are not permitted.

Event is rain or shine. In case of inclement weather or hazardous/muddy trail conditions, hike may be replaced by a talk about the Cross Timbers eco-region (that our nature trail is in) by horticulturists inside the Mabee Grange building with optional self-guided hiking on paved paths in garden areas.
