About the Instructor:
Laura Koval is the Owner of AbleVeg, a company dedicated to helping backyard gardeners create and confidently maintain their edible gardens. She is a lifelong gardener who fell in love with her first flower garden when she was 3 and has always had something growing since then. She moved to Tulsa in 2015 from Denver, CO and started volunteering with the Tulsa Master Gardeners soon thereafter. After becoming a foster parent and adopting two small children she realized how important gardening can be for a family, providing an outdoor sanctuary for all ages that encourages exercise and healthy eating. Her goal is to make gardening possible for everyone and to provide them with the knowledge they need to make their garden thrive.
