We’re excited to have Sandy Schwinn bring some of her live caterpillars for a presentation for all ages starting at 10 a.m. Come get up close and learn what some of these caterpillars eat and what they’ll ultimately turn into. Afterward, go for a walk to see what butterflies and moths are visiting plants around the lake. We’ll have caterpillar crafts in the visitor center from 12 to 4.
The Garden is open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Group visits can be scheduled on weekdays by appointment). Suggested donation for admission is $2 for adults; 50¢ for kids 3-12 yrs. Members are free. For more information, call 918-289-0330. Click here for map/directions.
