Each Thursday, 6-8 p.m. from Sept. 23 to Oct. 28: Bands & Blooms with live music, a food truck and bar. Bring your own chairs or blanket to set up on the lawn or stroll the Garden.
The Foggy Memory Boys combine the skills of New Mexico state Mandolin Champion Jacob Hagerty on mandolin, the lightning-fast picking of Andy Yeomans on guitar, Undertaker Uncle Willie Hunton on dobro, and singer songwriter extraordinaire Zephaniah Stringfield. Formed around late night jams at the prestigious Walnut Valley Bluegrass Festival, they blur the lines between traditional bluegrass roots music and more contemporary styles.
Admission is FREE for Garden members; $8 for ages 13+, $4 for ages 3-12. Children 2 and under are free, but do need a ticket. ADMISSION IS LIMITED and MAY SELL OUT. Walk up admission is not guaranteed, including members.
