Enjoy Tulsa Botanic Garden during the golden hours of summer! We’re extending our Thursday evening hours until 8 p.m. each week this summer giving you more time to take in the beauty of summer blooms and explore the stunning outdoor exhibit, FLORIGAMI IN THE GARDEN. This nature-inspired art installation features large-scale origami sculptures nestled among the Garden’s lush landscape — the perfect setting for a summer stroll, date night, or relaxing evening with friends or family.
Snacks and drinks including frozen lemonade, cocktail/mocktail, beer, wine, and other non-alcoholic options will be available for purchase.
August 7: Wild Oklahoma
Learn about Oklahoma’s native plants and animals from Tulsa Zoo education staff with their animal ambassadors in a presentation starting at 6 p.m. in the Amphitheatre in the Driskill Children’s Discovery Garden. Pick up a special scavenger hunt in the Visitor Center to look for Oklahoma State Symbols throughout the Garden.
Please note: Tulsa Zoo presentation is limited to 50 children (with accompanying parents). Please reserve your admission tickets in advance to secure a place.
