BotaniCamp offers a three-day summer adventure at Tulsa Botanic Garden for curious kids ages 7–12!

Each day from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Garden’s Mabee Grange event center, campers dive into hands-on, nature-based learning and outdoor fun.

On Monday, campers explore the Garden and dig into the world of plants with a real horticulturist, learning how plants make their own food and more. They’ll create mini fairy or gnome gardens using natural materials to decorate the Driskill Children’s Discovery Garden.

On Tuesday, campers focus on animals. Tulsa Zoo visits with an education ambassador animal, and kids craft their own bug hotels to take home.

On Wednesday, campers dive into the wonders of water—building boats from cardboard boxes and experimenting with fun water activities.

With new themes each day, campers make discoveries, form friendships, and connect with nature in exciting ways.

Each camper receives a BotaniCamp t-shirt, snacks, tasty box lunch, and a Field Guide Kit to take home.

  • Field Guide Kit
    • We will use every morning of camp. We will highlight our themes of the day by finding those elements throughout the Garden.
    • It includes:
      • Magnifying Glass
      • Mini Notebook & Pencil
      • Plant ID Cards
      • Scavenger Hunt Checklist that aligns with the theme of the day
