DESCRIPTION:More hours for flowers – our Bands & Blooms are a great for a date night\, girls’ night out\, meet-up with friends or a family outing!  Bring chairs or a blanket\, if you like\, to enjoy the live music from local artists and fantastic views from the lawn.  \nFOOD & DRINK\, starting 5:30 p.m.: Purchase food (gourmet hot dogs & snacks)  from our Garden of Eatin’ concession stand.  Our Botanic Bar has beer\, wine and cocktails to sip as you stroll through our lush gardens or enjoy the music!  No glass containers or outside alcohol permitted. \nMusic is 6-8 p.m.  \nAdmission to Bands & Blooms is:  FREE for Garden members. Regular admission for non-members (Age 16+: $15\,  Age 3-15: $10\nChildren under 3: Free\, but ticket required).\nGuest passes and reciprocal admissions will not be accepted during Nature POP! Made with LEGO® Bricks exhibit. \nAdvance tickets recommended. \n \nBands & Blooms are select Thursdays through May 23. \nAbout Michele Warren\nMichele is renowned for her powerful yet soulful voice and performs at over 140 events yearly including festivals\, clubs\, and private gatherings. Whether as an acoustic duo\, trio\, or with her full band\, Michele energizes every performance\, guaranteeing a memorable experience for all. Genre’s performed include rock\, blues\, pop\, and dance from the 70’s\, 80s\, 90s\, and 2000s. \nMichele with her band Bad Decisions\, has opened for international artists such as Derek St. Holmes (former vocalist of Ted Nugent) and Charlie Huhn (former vocalist of Foghat and Humble Pie) and won the Tulsa Blues Society Blues Challenge in August of 2023\, as well as\, the Cimarron Awards Female Performer of the Year in 2022. \n

Made with LEGO® Bricks art exhibit so we’re having a party with Tulsa’s favorite band for kids and families: Hot Toast Music Company!  They’ll have lots of fun sing-a-long songs from 6-8 p.m. and we’ll have lawn games and Nature POP! Scavenger hunt sheets.  \nCome early! From 2-6 p.m. in the Children’s Discovery Garden Amphitheatre:  \n\nMeet Fox’s LEGO Masters® Season 4 Contestant Tim Hutchings! – See a few of his smaller builds\, get an autograph and photo!\nOKLUG -Oklahoma LEGO Users Group will be here too\, helping with builds! \n\nFOOD/DRINK (starting 5:30 p.m.): Purchase food (gourmet hot dogs & snacks)  from our Garden of Eatin’ concession stand.  Our Botanic Bar has beer\, wine and cocktails to sip as you stroll through our lush gardens!  No glass containers or alcohol may be brought in the Garden. \nADMISSION: FREE for Garden members. DESCRIPTION:The Garden will be open and all active military and veterans showing an ID at the door will receive free admission.  The Civil Air Patrol’s Broken Arrow Composite Squadron will Present Color at noon in the Stanford Family Liberty Garden. \nGuests can pick up a small flag in the Visitor Center to place near the flagpole in the Liberty Garden in honor or in memory of someone who has served or is serving in the military.  Bring a picnic to enjoy on the lawn. \n*  Starting May 28\, all active military and veterans will receive a $1 discount off general admission by showing an ID at the door. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
