SUMMARY:Bands & Blooms: The Booker Gillespie Trio
DESCRIPTION:More hours for flowers – our Bands & Blooms are great for a date night\, girls’ night out\, meet-up with friends or a family outing!  Bring chairs or a blanket\, if you like\, to enjoy the live music from local artists and fantastic views from the lawn.    \nDine Alfresco: Our Garden of Eatin’ refreshment stand will open at 5:30 p.m. with hot dogs\, brats\, wraps\, flavored popcorn\, warm pretzels\, caramel apples and more.  Stop at our Botanic Bar for beer\, wine or cocktail to sip as you stroll through our lush gardens.  (check back for detailed menu. outside alcohol is not permitted).  \nMusic is 6-8 p.m. On September 5\, the Booker Gillespie Trio will be playing great jazz sounds and songs.  \nTickets to Bands & Blooms:  FREE for Garden members.\nRegular admission for non-members (Age 16+: $10\,  Age 3-15: $5 Children under 3: Free\, but ticket required). \nAdvance tickets recommended. \n\nSelect the 5pm Timeslot on September 5th for Bands & Blooms with the Booker Gillespie Trio. \nBands & Blooms are on Thursday evenings through October 31. \n\n\n
