SUMMARY:Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Local dignitaries are scheduled to join us for the ribbon cutting ceremony as we open two new gardens: the Stanford Family Liberty Garden and Bumgarner Family Foundation Lotus Pool. Everyone is invited to this brief ceremony concluding with ribbon cutting and official opening of these new gardens.  Food from our Garden of Eatin’ will be available for sale from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and drinks will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Remember to bring canned goods/non-perishable foods for half-price admission.*  \n10:30 a.m.: Tours and activities begin following the ribbon cutting ceremony. \n\nTours of the Stanford Family Liberty Garden and Bumgarner Family Foundation Lotus Pool lead by Dustin Stoll\, Dir. of Horticulture and Matthew Southall\, Curator\nTour of the A.R. and Marylouise Tandy Floral Terraces with Curator Jeffrey Fox\nTour of the Children’s Discovery Garden with Curator Julie Powers\nTour of the Lakeside Promenade with Curator Jacob Neptune\n\n  \n*June 23-30\, July 21-28 – Garden admission will be half price at the door with donation of canned goods or non-perishable food items to our food drive benefiting food pantries at Iron Gate and Help Works\, Inc.  Please note all transactions at the Garden are cashless. We accept Visa\, Mastercard\, American Express\, Google Pay and Apple Pay.  (new gardens will not open until July 21)

We’ll have Josh’s Sno Cone truck here with complimentary snow cones\, summer songs of the 70’s\, 80’s and 90’s from cover band The Dandies\, tours of the new gardens and our Mabee Grange\, lawn games and more! \nBring your chairs\, blankets and the family for a fun night celebrating our members and our new gardens. Admission is free for Garden members\, but advance tickets are encouraged to avoid lines at check in. Get tickets now online or by phone. Not a member?
