From 10 to 1\, ARF Tulsa will have dogs looking for fur-ever homes\, Pet Supplies Plus and Dogtopia will have information and giveaways. Wading pools will be available for cooling paws after your walk. Free for Garden members and their dogs. Regular admission and $4 for non-member dogs.
