DESCRIPTION:Our Fall Plant Sale will be done through online purchases only.  Proceeds from our plant sales help support the Garden. As always Garden members will have first chance to purchase and receive their discount on purchases.  Join as a member now! \nMEMBERS – You MUST log in to be able to purchase plants.  Do not create a new account.  See our short tutorial (it’s about getting tickets\, but login instructions are the same)  \nDON’T FORGET – Choose your pickup date and time before check out.  \n \nMembers First Plant Sale – starts Thursday\, Sept. 24 at 10 a.m. through 11:59 p.m. on Friday night.  Members get 10% discount on purchases.  Members at the Supporting Level and above now receive 25% discount on plant purchases! Not a Garden member?  Join now to shop first and receive a discount on your purchase.  \nSale opens to public at 12 a.m. on Saturday\, Sept. 26 through Sunday at 11:59 p.m. \nShopping: A list of plants available for the sale will be published closer to sale date.  Watch this page and follow our Facebook event for updates and videos or live events to show plants prior to sale date.  \nPick up: During you purchase\, you will need to select a day and time slot for picking up your plants.  Pick up dates are: Sept. 30\, Oct. 1\, 2\, and 3 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Procedures and dates/times to pickup plants will be strictly adhered to. Garden staff will pull and prepare your plant order for pickup in your vehicle. (there will be no shopping/plant selection at pickup). SUMMARY:Music Night: David Horne's Garden Funk
DESCRIPTION:Our Late Night Thursdays are returning with Autumn In the Garden.  Each Thursday\, Sept. 24 – Oct. 29 we’ll be open 5 to 8 p.m. with music\, food truck and bar with beer and wine for sale.  \nPlan to bring a blanket or chairs to S-P-R-E-A-D out on our lawn and enjoy local musicians\, local food trucks and your local botanic garden! Food truck and bar will be set up around 5:30 p.m. Music will be from 6-8 p.m.  \nDavid Horne will be joined by Dylan Aycock\, Mark Southerland and Jordan Hehl to play their “Garden Funk” – come enjoy these talented Tulsa instrumentalists and their music.  MASA food truck will be on site as well as FRIOS popsicles for some cool treats!  \nAdmission is FREE for Garden members; $8 for ages 13+\, $4 for ages 3-12. Kids 2 and under are free. \nPlease note: We are limiting tickets and require you buy tickets in advance online or by phone 918-289-0330.  Members get free admission – but do need to reserve their tickets.  Please understand that events/musicians/food truck/ticket numbers are subject to change and if needed\, we will update accordingly.  Safety is our priority and we ask you to please see our safety information below.   \n \nMembers – remember to log in before making your reservations.  \nThe health and safety of our guests and staff remain our top priority. In line with CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention)\, and state and local health department guidelines regarding COVID-19\, the Botanic Garden has the following protocols and safety meaures in place: \n\nWe are currently requiring admission tickets be purchased in advance via our website or by phone (918-289-0330). By doing this\, we are able to shorten your time inside our visitor center with our staff and check you in faster.  \nGarden staff members are wearing masks and guests are strongly encouraged to wear masks/face coverings\, especially inside the Visitor Center and restroom where physical distancing of 6 ft. is not possible.\nReminders to practice social distancing while enjoying the Garden’s beauty are placed in strategic areas – please respect others and their space.\nHand sanitizer is available at stations in Garden areas.\nPlexiglas screens are installed at welcome desks in the Visitor Center.\nOnly credit cards are being accepted – no cash transactions at this time.\nGift shop will not be open for shopping but items including bottled water\, sodas\, chips and candy will be available for purchase at entry. (Outside food and drink is allowed\, no alcohol or glass). You are welcome to shop online and schedule curbside pick-up. \nSeating/waiting areas inside Visitor Center are not available.\nHigh-touch items in the Children’s Discovery Garden\, such as paint brushes\, dress-up items\, and mallets for musical instruments have been put away.\nDrinking fountains are inoperable. Refillable water bottle station will be operable.\nHand dryers in restrooms are turned off. Paper towels will be available.\n\n\nAll touchable surfaces inside our Visitor Center and restrooms are being cleaned hourly.\n\nSee all Garden visitor guidelines. \nIf you are not feeling well\, please consider visiting the Botanic Garden at another time.
