The Garden is blooming and we have lots of fun activities planned for the whole family, including Dog Night, a weekend full of fun Father's Day events, and our very own celebration of International Mud Day. Don't miss out!

DOG NIGHT
Thursday, June 1, 5 - 8pm

Bring your pup for a special night when you can enjoy the Garden together. Tulsa SPCA will be here with their mobile adoption unit and summer safety tips for your pets. Free for Garden members and member dogs; $4 for non-member dogs + regular admission. 

NATIONAL TRAILS DAY
Saturday, June 3 and Sunday, June 4, 10am - 5pm
 
Celebrate National Trails Day with a walk at the Garden. Pick up a scavenger hunt card to explore the Gardens or hike the Cross Timbers Nature Trail.  
 
Thursday, June 8, 6pm
Learn tips on birdwatching during a walk on the Garden’s nature trail with Garden member and longtime birder Lewis Pond. Bring binoculars if you have them and dress to walk the 1+ mile nature trail. Comfortable walking shoes, hat, and water bottle are suggested.
 

WELLNESS NIGHT: YOGA 
Thursday, June 15, 6pm

Join Be Love Yoga for a peaceful and relaxing yoga session surrounded by the beauty of the Garden. Yoga session starts at 6pm. Come early or stay after for a walk in the Garden. 

 

 

  

FATHER'S DAY WEEKEND FUN: BOAT RACING
Saturday, June 17, 1pm - 4:30pm

Members of Greater Tulsa Model Yacht Club (GTMYC) will be at the Garden from 2 to 4:30pm showing and, if weather conditions allow, racing their radio controlled model sailboats on the Garden’s Lake. Bring the family out to meet members of the GTMYC, see and learn about how they race. Kids can make boats to race in rain gutter races from 1 to 4pm.

 

 

FATHER'S DAY WEEKEND FUN: GRASS SEED HEAD
Sunday, June 18, 1 - 4pm 

Kids can decorate and plant a grass seed head for dad.  Drop-in activity 1 – 4pm, while supplies last. 

MUSIC NIGHT: SUSAN HERNDON WITH BELLA COUNSEL
Thursday, June 22, 6pm

Soak in the sunset and the melodies of Susan Herndon with Bella Counsel. Music starts at 6pm. Playing around 200 gigs a year for more than a decade, Susan Herndon has retained that true troubadour’s ethos, sharing her passion for song and stirring thousands of kindred spirits throughout Oklahoma, Texas, the American heartland, and in Europe.

Come play in the dirt! Making mud pies and getting dirty is what it’s all about. Wear clothes and shoes for getting dirty. A rinse area will be available. Bring a towel.

MUD isn’t just for kids – we’re extending our Mud Day activities for adults and families.

Admission prices are FREE for
